Delivery

As all our personalised chocolates are made to order, we will usually require 2-3 working days to prepare your order and preferably 3-5 working days for orders of 500 pieces or more. If your request is more urgent please contact us and we'll try to accommodate where possible.

Unfortunately Chunky Monkey Chocolate cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by Royal Mail or courier companies and can't be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.

If your order is urgent then please contact us before purchasing to guarantee we can deliver it on time for you.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS:

Standard Delivery- Standard shipping  - dispatched in 2-3 working days (unless a later date is requested), sent via Royal mail Tracked 48 who aim to deliver in 3-5 working days. We retain proof of postage,  delivery is tracked.

Parcel Force  Delivery - Generally the most cost-effective for large orders or orders spread over several packages. Despatched in 3-4 working days, delivery by the end of the next working day to most UK destinations.

Orders of 300 chocolates or less will be sent via Royal Mail and orders of 350+ chocolates will be sent using Parcel Force Courier.
